Nick Nicholson - After a successful 11 years with IBM in sales and management roles, Nick Nicholson led three Personal Computer companies and later became CEO of an international business based in Columbus, Ohio. After this company was sold, Nick developed an innovative Internet based training and coaching company. Nick’s leadership has lead to appearances on the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies three times at #8, #20, and #87. He also successfully turned around 2 mid-sized companies and sold them to Fortune 500 companies. Nick holds a BS in Marketing and MBA from West Virginia University. He was previously an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Franklin University.

Nate Nicholson - Over the past decade, Nate Nicholson has developed a specialty in implementing strategies that drive improved marketing and sales performance. Before joining Green Compass, Nate was responsible for developing new territories and selling a complete range of CRM/contact center software and services to Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to that, Nate was recruited to lead the sales and marketing efforts for a fast-growing chain of wellness/weight loss clinics, where he established the direction for improving customer satisfaction, acquiring new customers, and increasing sales from existing customers. While at Earthlink, Nate was a part of the Sprint strategic partnership team that was responsible for improving channel revenue and reducing call center expenses. Nate has also worked in marketing roles for Cendian Corporation (a subsidiary of Eastman Chemical), where he aligned marketing and sales teams to develop programs that attracted top executives at key accounts. Nate holds a BS in Communications/Advertising from Florida State University.
